Meet Denise

Denise Martin – Managing Principal

Denise Martin is the managing principal and founder of BridgeLite Consulting Services, LLC.  She provides practical, sensible solutions addressing organizational challenges by combining coaching and leadership development expertise with an interdisciplinary background in Fortune 500 companies and start-ups.

Denise is passionate about servant leadership and successfully transforms concepts to action in the areas of coaching, change management, organizational strategy, communications, and increasing performance excellence.  She is known for tackling complex problems and converting them into simplified solutions that individuals and teams can successfully implement.  She operates from the belief that solid business results are achieved through the fusion of healthy organizational systems, performance based accountability, and clear communications.

Enabling turbo-charged, change management, and organizational strategies, Denise has achieved success for multiple organizations in start up and reset modes by maintaining a coaching presence, paying attention to vital transitional elements, and leveraging an irrepressible sense of humor. Organizations are enabled to communicate more effectively, reduce operating costs, extend market reach, and increase customer and employee satisfaction.

Experience

Prior to BridgeLite Consulting Services, LLC., Denise held a number of senior management and leadership positions in a variety of high-tech firms such as Network Appliance, Savi Technology (a Lockheed Martin company), Xerox, and other solutions-based, start-up companies. Her leadership expertise spans the functions of Sales, Services, Marketing, Corporate Education/Training, Human Resources, and IT in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.  This broad range of corporate knowledge enables Denise to quickly connect the dots and assist clients maneuver through obstacles.

Denise received her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Southern Methodist University. Since graduating from SMU, she has participated in executive programs at Stanford and Cornell Universities. She achieved her Executive Coaching Certification sponsored through Lockheed Martin and participated in many corporate and commercial programs focused on leadership, management, and professional growth.

She is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Bay Area Organizational Development Network, and other associations focused on professional excellence and helping others.

She resides in Silicon Valley with her husband of 18 years, children, messy dogs, and many books.
